Access to the course will be available for 3 months.

Each lesson consists of a short videos and worksheets that take around 30-60 minutes to complete.

When you enrol, you will create a username and a password. You will then be able to access all 7 lessons in the 'You GLOW Girl' course.

Your daughter will need a computer, i-pad or phone and an internet connection. She'll also need access to a printer to print out the daily worksheets.

This course is pre-recorded so your daughter can complete it in her own time at her own pace.

The lessons are designed so that your daughter can participate independently. However if you feel that she would benefit from your guidance and support, go for it! You may even learn a few things yourself! 

Every girl who attends our live workshops or participates in our online courses takes away something positive and empowering. Each lesson in the 'You GLOW Girl' course contains different content - some of the lessons may be eye-opening and profound for your daughter while others may serve as valuable revision. This all depends on your daughter's life experience, age and exposure to other well-being programs in the past. Many girls have taken multiple courses with us and learnt something new every time. 

Our courses and workshops are inclusive and we welcome girls of all abilities to participate. Depending on the specific needs of your child, you may need to support her during the course. If you have any questions regarding this, please email [email protected]

We are not a registered NDIS service provider. However, you may be able to claim for the course through your NDIS plan if it is Self or Plan Managed. If you're unsure and would like further information, ask your Plan Manager or Local Area Coordinator. We can provide an invoice on request. 

This course provides general guidance to help girls develop confidence and self-esteem. It does not aim to replace personalised professional support from a counsellor or psychologist.
